Q.1 What is your warranty about the product?
A. 100% satisfaction guarantee. 30 days money back promise in case you don’t like or got the damaged product but it should be unused and new. We use only the highest quality leathers and construction materials for our Bags.
Q.2 What is Full Grain v/s Top Grain Leather?.
A. Full Grain Leather is the highest quality grade of goat or buffalo leather. It comes from the Top Layer of the any hide. It is a little bit difficult for manufacturer to work with. And that is also the reason it is expensive. Top Grain Leather is the second highest grade of leather, and has outermost layer of the hide removed.
Q. 3 How long will it take to receive my item?
A. Once you have placed order with us then a request will be sent to our workshop to start crafting your item. If we do have one that matches your order details then we usually dispatch those items with in 24 to 48 working hours. But it sometimes take longer if weekend is there. And it takes around 5 to 7 days for the delivery of the product.
Q. 4 What is the return policy?
A. Each purchase with us is an investment. If you receive your order and believe it is not right fit, then you have 30-Calender days from the time of purchase to send it back.
Q. 5 Where is this bag made in?
A. This bag made in India. we are leather bags manufacturer & trading brand. We manufacturer all bags according to latest styles, fashion trends and mix some more creativity into that, to produce a quality and customer loving product. Once all Bags are prepared, we make a quality checking process that makes our customer more trust towards our brand.
Q. 6 Can I track my package once it has shipped?
A. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment email that will contains the tracking number for your package. But it may take up to 24 hours after you receive this email.
Q. 7 Will water damage the leather?
A. Yes water can damage your leather bag. You have to protect it from water. Because it can leave stains and of course no one would ever like that.

Q. 9 How do I keep my leather bag when not in use?
A. You can fill your bag with loosely bubble wrap to help it keep its shape. Please don’t use newspaper its ink can rub off onto the fabrics. Put your bag into a dust cover or a pillow case. Don't wrap it in a plastic bag as the leather can't breathe and the smallest amount of moisture can cause mildew and mold.
Q. 10 Can I customize my bag?
A. We generally don’t customize bags. Because it takes more time to deliver at the customer and also it cost us a bit .But if you are willing to pay that cost. We can make that product for you only if it possible and you agree to our terms.
Q. 11 Do I have the option to cancel my order?A. Yes you do have the option of cancel. You can go to the cancellation tab in the same page from where you have ordered and click on the cancel.
Q. 12 I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?A. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary adjustments but we will assure that we will do our very best to make sure your Bag reaches on the correct doorstep!
Q.13 Can I change my order?
A. Unfortunately, we can not modify an order once it has been placed on our website. However, you may cancel the order if it has not been shipped out and place a new order. Please contact our customer service and they will help you.
Q. 14 How do I make a complaint?
A. Although we will not give you any situation to complain but in a case you have any complain you can e mail us at handmade with details and we will investigate the matter for you we endeavor to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
Q. 15 What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
A. In case you're not satisfied with the product you have received, we are open to exchanges. This applies for workmanship defects, sizing issues, etc. You can reach out to us at montexooleatherstore@gmail.com
Q. 16 Do you offer expedited shipping?A. Yes for a fee. Just make sure you select next day or two day air or three day air method at the time of your checkout. Note that we are closed on weekends and major holidays. So, if you place an order on Saturday it will not ship until Monday.
Q. 17 How long does it take for my refund to show up on my account?
A. After we have received your returned item, it may take 1-2 days to be processed through our returns department. Once your item is confirmed that it is in new and unused condition we will issue a refund to your account. It will take 24 hours to reflect the amount into your paid account.
Q. 18 The color of my bag looks slightly different than the picture online. How come?A. There may be some variation due to the nature of genuine leather and the natural dying techniques that we use and it can be also because of photography effects. Each and every leather item will be slightly different because it is handmade and it has its own uniqueness.
Q.19 What if I need a replacement part?
A. We also offer the replacement of buckles, straps, and hardware. Please email us with your request.
Q. 20 How do I take care of my bags and the leather?
A. Leather care is pretty simple. When your bag gets a little dirty then you can clean it with a damp cloth and/or do just a quick rub down. If it gets a lot dirty, you can use leather cleaning products to clean and restore it. But make sure whenever you use a cleaner, always follow up with a leather conditioner.
Q. 21 Why are our prices so reasonable or average?
A. We do manufacturing of all our handmade leather products and there is no middleman and avoid unnecessary transport and trading costs.
Q. 22 Where is my package?
A. Once your order has been shipped from USA or from India, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a shipping number by email from us. By clicking on the shipment number, you will be taken directly to DHL's, FedEx and USPS shipment tracking service.
